We were mistreated, cheated, and offended in your West Jordan today: 1. My daughter called today asking how much it would be to do the alignment to her vehicle. She was told that $89.99 2. My wife and I arrived at your store and spoke with Manuel, a friendly worker who indicated they would do the alignment to my daughter's vehicle. And we would have to wait. 3. Another individual with a long and disgruntled face was behind, never greeted or looked at my wife or me. 4. When the car was ready, Manuel informed us that there was still recommended work to do in the vehicle and directed us to speak with Abelardo, who was going to explain the vehicle's previous and current alignment status. 5. We walked to Abelardo, who never looked at us and asked for my name and phone number. Then without explanation, he said we owed him $117.99 - I tried asking a couple of questions about their work and related vehicle questions, but he abruptly ad rudely cut me off and demanded I pay. - When I asked why he was increasing the amount, he became agitated and even more upset and said in a loud voice: "if you do not want to pay, do not pay." He grabbed my keys and left the front desk. - I asked him to calm down. Then I told this individual I was NOT refusing to pay; I asked for clarification on why he was increasing the labor price. He became more upset and called me "a liar" and said my wife told him "Something different" about the price. - He kept arguing and talking loud in a belligerent way. 6. To avoid conflicts and problems, I opened my wallet, looking for cash. - I first left a $100 bill over the desk and got the balance. However, this individual abruptly grabbed my $100 bill and tore it off. - I asked what was going on, and he waived and, raising his hands and arms, said he could do whatever he wanted because I was "in his store." - I told him I would record and take a picture for Google reviews. He was furious, stood up, and PROUDLY showed his name on his red t-shirt and said: "of course, do it, this is my name. Go for." - He kept an aggressive attitude and refused to give me an invoice or receipt. - We left the store to avoid potential physical attacks from this person. - The misbehavior and offensive and aggressive 7. The vehicle is for my own business, and I cannot claim a tax deduction for the repair because Abelardo refused to give me the receipt. However, he charged me $100 and was belligerent, offensive, rude, violent, and unreasonable. 8. I will file a complaint with the IRS and Consumer Protection.

Lied to me and told me my wheel was bent then I took it to pep boys the following week and they just balanced it perfectly fine.

It's wise to check around, I got a new tire for 60 when they wanted 90, check first
