Great customer service and you can't beat the prices π

They offer a service that is not befitting of Walmart. You wait when you go, not as they declared on the website. No one is interested. The staff leave just because the shift is over. You are in the middle. I definitely do not recommend.

Took my new car with 1200 miles to have tires changed. Mechanic took my propane tanks, layed them down and slammed the door on them leaving a big scrape mark on the brand new door panel. Their "investigation" found he didn't do anything out of the ordinary. Staff couldn't care less. Two tires were out of balance and even though I bought the tire protection package which includes free rotation and balancing, I will never go back there. Had tires balanced at Mavis at my added expense where the staff cares.

Only one star because couldn't rate lower. Called for over 20 minutes with no answer. Called the customer care line was told they would send the store an email and someone will get back to me. Over 2 weeks still no call.

I own a 09 mini and purchase my filter from another store and purchase my oil at Walmart, then they only charge 10 bucks. Jiffy Lubes won't even touch my car. There was never any issues. Just takes long at times, I suggest shopping while you wait or go 1st thing in morning.
Take walk ins, but you shouldn't be in a hurry. I take my own oil filter and purchase the oil there and only charge 10$ on my 09 mini. Jiffy Lubes said wouldn't touch it.
15$ per tire, balancing I think is 5$ extra per wheel
They do plugs
If you mean balancing, I believe there's an extra charge (I hear ~$5) for balancing, which shouldn't be surprising as they don't tell you the charge for installing the valve either. If you DO mean alignment, I don't believe any Walmart TLE has alignment gear. None I've checked do, because it's expensive.
They do day of tire fixes, which don't take long, as long as they're not overbooked. This place drags their feet and says they're booked 5 hours with 4 cars. Worth going to another, or going in the morning since you don't want to drive far on a donut.
