Had the best experience! Needed to ship steaks to friend in CA and had zero experience with purchasing and packing with dry ice. Manager and woman in the first office walked me thru the process, had shipping containers, helped me every step of the way, went above and beyond to get me taken care of. By far the best customer service I have ever seen!!!!
