Had a small misunderstanding that put me back on my heals a bit. I should have been a little more patient but as a fellow retailer I was very surprised how someone who works there handled a particular situation. I reached out to the business left a message and the owner reached back out immediately. We had a great conversation sharing challenges in the retail world and we were able to completely straighten out the misunderstanding and put it to rest. Just for the way this situation was handled and the massive selection of merchandise a five star review is well deserved.
