Staff was friendly and courteous. Added an extra hole to tightened my sandal for me despite being after hours. Greatly appreciate it.

Someone recommended, the price is not cheap but not overly expensive. I also understand a lot of things have gone up in price. The first set of clothes that were altered I was very please and happy with what the lady did. Brought in 2 dresses afterwards, there was a difference in price from what I was told the first time I asked about altering 1 of the dresses, the guy was very good about it, and honored the 1st price i was told. Picked up the 2 dresses, 1. Washed the dress that there was a dispute in price and notice the thread where the dress was altered came loose, so there is a hole in the dress. At this point the dress is costing me way more than I wanted to pay. 2. On the other dress were the buttons were adjusted to fit me, it was sewn beautifully, but the adjustment is off and has to be redone. As a result, I will not bring anything else to be altered there. The lady is good at what she does. I have never brought shoes for the gentleman to fix. I love supporting small businesses and will continue.

I came with a bunch of sneakers I’ve had since high school. All of which were in perfect condition. Only issue was the soles were separating in some spots and to avoid them getting worst and coming completely apart I brought them in for repair. Instead of telling me the shoes weren’t repairable they were completely taken apart, scraped off and destroyed. When I was called to pick up the sneakers and reached the store I was told they’re “too old” for repair and the soles wouldn’t stick. Let’s just say my retro sneakers that I’ve had for years were completely destroyed and cannot be worn. Not only cannot I not get them fixed at all. To replace them it’s impossible
