The employees were polite, friendly and provided great customer service. Jose B made it a point to look the customer in the eye, greet you with a smile and did his best to make you feel like your business was the most important thing to him. By far my favorite post office.

Absolute WORST customer service. On 7/23/2022, they marked an item I was expecting as delivered. I went on vacation and remembered I was expecting a package so upon my return 8/2/2022 I checked my mailbox. The package was not there. I contacted the company on 8/3/2022 and they said USPS lost my package and is responsible for refunding me as the insured the package. I contacted this waste of time postal service and on 8/4/2022, I opened a service request. I received an email stating - After we review and investigate the information you have provided, we will contact you and work with you until the issue is resolved-KRISTEN HOUSEN. A few days later they have the audacity to send me a survey on their service. No call. No email. Nothing. I called again. This time the service request was reopened and “escalated.” 1 week later - no response, no email. I call a 3rd time and the young lady I spoke to said when my case was reopened it should have gone to consumer affairs and it did not. They keep closing my request as the item shows delivered in their system. She provided me the number for consumer affairs. The number is not working. I have to call a FOURTH time and now wait 45 mins for them to give me the same number that is not working and after I inform them of such, they advise me, well if the number is not working I’m going to have to write a letter and mail it. I asked if there is an email or fax, the woman said no. Ok. I contacted Better Business Bureau who advised they don’t investigate government agencies. They provided the address for Consumer Affairs which included info I did not receive over the phone and a fax number. I faxed my letter to the number and I drove to this same post office to mail the letter out. It has been 2 weeks and to date I have not been contacted. The customer service rep with whom I spoke also informed me this location is my local post office. While there I requested to speak to a manager. The guy at the counter asked another man if he was available to help me. It was the end of the day and he wasn’t too happy to be bothered. The agent even had to apologize to him for stopping him. He unwillingly listened to concern and told me he has someone who can help. He sends a woman by the name of Blair. Blair checked the tracking it says delivered. I said again for the millionth time the package may have been delivered but it was not in MY mailbox. This is the 2nd package they have placed in the wrong mailbox. The 1st time, I had to contact the company and a couple weeks later, my neighbor finally brought my items to me as it was in her mailbox. Blair reviewed the route and she stated my normal mail lady was out on maternity leave. She went to the back n said the package looked big and it’s possible it was placed in a locker and the key not provided to me. I reassured her they usually stuff my items in the mailbox. It was an article of clothing. She took my number to ask the mail carrier to check and stated she will follow up with me the next day. This was 2 weeks ago. To date no one has called. She told me in order for me to file the claim, she would need to provide me a letter. I went back to the PO yesterday and a woman pulled up the geo tracking and the package shows in the vicinity of my mailbox. I told her yes and there are probably 16 other boxes there so even tho the package shows delivered and the geo tracking shows the box, the item was not placed in MY mailbox. They could have again placed it in someone else’s. I have emails from the previous company when they misplaced my mail and if need be I will have my neighbor write a statement that my mail was in her box and she had to hand deliver it to me. Yesterday at the location, the employees are trying to act like if I have taken so long to resolve this issue when I have documentation that I returned to the US the night of August second and I have been trying to resolve this since 08/03/2022. It is no fault of my own that USPS has a lackluster disingenuous attitude. Locate my contact info and call me TOMORROW. I will also be there at 9:00am

A lot of routes get split up when someone is on vacation or calls in sick. The carrier has to there own route first than go back and do the part they were given from open route.
No
I got 4 different neighbors mail today what a shame
Do you have a mailbox?
Sometimes , There is usually a line there , understaffed?
You can't
Hey "Crazy Joe" have your niece bring proof she lives at the address and present that to her local postmaster and they'll take care of her. Is Spark's still serving steaks up There?
No. You must go to a Bank. Bank of America does offer this service to all account holders.
Not from USPS.
