The property is clean and safe and the staff is nice. I had to change rooms because of a noisy HVAC system that prevented me from sleeping. The staff came, listened and heard the noises, so they were very attentive. Still, not a super relaxing experience.

The workers are great. Everybody was really friendly. The room was ok. The only downside for me was that the shower ceiling over the shower head was pourly done the ceiling had a hole in it and was patched back together but was brown and ugly the curtains were torn apart and I mean ripped on top . I don't think I have ever been to a hotel that left there curtains on when each ring of fabric was ripped apart but other than that I really enjoyed my stay

Room was not cleaned properly before checking in. Other people's belongings were on the floor. The tub did not drain properly while showering. Kids constantly running in the halls and slamming doors. I stay in a lot of Holiday Inns and this one was horrendous.

Decent hotel...I was expecting a better experience. The room was clean. The customer service was ok. However, my night and morning was disturbed back-to-back by certain guests with kids on the 3rd floor...going back and forth between two rooms, slamming doors, adult cussing at kids in hallway and on phone, and the smell of weed...absolutely ridiculous and ragged. It seemed as though they were living there with no regards to other people. At least the snow-capped trees outside took my mind off the inconsiderate guests for a few moments.
