Great knowledgeable employees. They will go out of their way to take care of their customers even if it means taking a personal drive to anther store. Will is my favorite employee and keeps me up-to-date on anything I might be interested in purchasing. He goes above for all customers and I will only shop at this location especially since he's a fellow New Yorker. I really appreciate the loyalty to your customers and I will only shop here.

All I needed was a Xbox one controller at a store created for just video games , they didn’t have one. They said they could order me one. If I wanted to order one I would have online. This is exactly the reason why this company is going to go out of business. Physical stores don’t even have the basic inventory to please there local customer base. With Walmart’s, targets, and amazon.com GameStop is on the way out.

Only GameStop in the country . That claims they have everything until you walk to counter to purchase then it's like Abu from Simpsons No Thank you Please a come again. Nothing in stock but they can order too ur house. Thanks Gaming eBay 1995
