Very grateful for the attention that my mother received, and the family on the 5th floor, all the nurses are very affectionate and aware of the patient's needs, they do their work with professionalism, with pleasure, always trying to lift the patient's spirits, as well as all the staff, very cordial, I especially thank Natali Burgos because she was my angel when I needed information, very professional, respectful and willing to help, although it was not her responsibility to do so. Always remember the golden rule Matthew 7:12. Let us be reasonable, considerate, grateful to everyone who provides us with a service, mainly in this field. I have my mother in this institution for almost one year now. I deeply feel that this has been a blessing for my mother, and also for our family. My mother has been treated like family for all members of the sweetest and more efficient staff of nurses, CNA, Personal from physical therapy, personal in charge of activities, etc. It has been a dedicated care, which I also noticed is not an isolated case, because I see the same with other patients near to my mother. Ever since my mother got there, her medical conditions have been always in good control, with frequent assessments from the medical doctors, psychiatrist, physiatrist. When she needed to visit the hospital everything run smoothly. The place is clean and very nicely decorated all over, The food is also amazing, and very well balanced, my mother is eating even better that she used to do at home. I don’t have anything more than compliments, and gratitude to this institution, and to the excellent personnel that work there. Giselle
