This company doesn't even deserve one star. They are terrible at the service they say they provide. They are absolutely the worst possible company for service, drop the ball with manpower, and should never be allowed to contract the work they do because they fail miserably. Terrible, get it together or get out of business. A good successful business starts with good management and the reviews I have read regarding this statement hit the nail on the head. Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my life because you are incompetent!

Let’s be real about things they underpay the employees when we are supposed to make at least 15 hourly. They have staffs who sit in management positions (such as Erica oh by the way she’s horrible and the list goes on)who doesn’t barely want to help agents and sometimes say anything to get rid of us being in their present. Also the management sometimes sit in the office inside the terminals and speak on different people which it’s only supposed to be a work conversation which I overheard some negative talk. The inconsistencies and also favoritism that’s one thing that shouldn’t be on the worksite. What I liked mostly was getting to know the passengers and working closely with the agents. The way management speaks with the passenger about the sailing is unacceptable knowing when they book their cruises those rules nor regulations weren’t posted on the cruises nor SMS website and what they need to do is give people their cruises back. Well, the workers from the different ships are respectable and responsible. They need to ask the cruises for discounts since we are contracted with them
