There is no way this place has a 4.2 rating. I’ve been coming here over 10 years and it has never been a 5 star experience. I’m sitting in the drive through now as I write this. I’ve been here 15 minutes and suspect I’ll be here for at least 15 more. I’ve watched at least 12-15 cars leave the line because of the wait. For a corporation that really does things right, I’m surprised no one is doing anything about this. This is nothing new. I’ve been going to this chick fila (reluctantly) over 10 years. It’s been this way as long as I can remember. Not the others in the area. Just this one. I hit submit as I’ve been here now 25 minutes. Think I have at least 10 more.

Apparently the person taking my order couldn't understand me. My boyfriend had to repeat things for me the third time around. I ordered two drinks and had to ask for a cup holder that was just given to me for me to place them in myself while every one else got there drinks in the cup holder perfectly fine. Yes it was a race thing. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THE FOOD WASNT FRESH. MADE ME SICK. Thank you chick FIL a for amazing service and food. Never coming here again. You can some of the workers not all didn't want to be there. Lights go out for a second and one of them said yea it's time to close. So professional. I've been to other chick fil a even in NY you don't see that. And pa has the best chick FIL a service food and cloud berry drink which many don't have

Love the food but never get to enjoy it anymore cause I can’t order by the app for it with food. It never lets me anymore, always says delivery only and never lets me order it for delivery cause it’s “turn off” nice to know chick fil a how you don’t let customers order how they want to.
