This trash service is the worst service in Greenup County. I started this sevice two months ago, to only get picked up twice.Elkins Waste Service was sold to Rumpke in September 2020. You must be thinking of some other trash service. Sorry

Forgot to pay bill then kept putting off called today to pay and get a can back they want to charge me and additional 20.00 plus the 24.00 for the year .I don't think so said the 20.00 is for fuel cost and washing the can and bringing it back if i pay are you kidding doesn't take an hour to get to raceland from greenup and I could have washed it myself . Neighbors moved out down street and 2 Elkins cans are sitting there still .. go figure . Guess walmart will get my money for a new can ..
