Bought out Atkins and have not picked my trash up for 3 weeks. Have called and been promised they would be there that day and they still have not showed up. Awful experience.

Holy cow, what an outfit! They took over Atkins Sanitation and I’m sure there were a few hiccups at the very beginning. But this is ridiculous! The last time my trash was picked up was June 8 by Atkins -it was their truck anyway. It is now June 28. I called them June 24th and was assured that my trash would be picked up that day, it’s wasn’t. I called yesterday, Monday the 27th, and was told it would be picked up that day. It wasn’t. I do not understand why this company refuses to be top-notch. Or even mediocre. They are at the bottom, Atkins was so much better. There’s nothing but negative reviews. They’re terrible and that’s being kind.

I would give a 0 rating if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I had the worst experience with Republic, everyone in my local area has moved to Akins. They will miss pickups, have fees on top of fees. They do have one wonderful supervisor there named Jodi, Jodi if you see this you need to work for another company.

There were 2 paint cans in the bottom of one trash can so they took the paint cans out then didnt take either trash can. I can understand not taking the paint cans I suppose but to not take any of the other trash which was household trash is ridiculous. When I called to inquire the "lady" in "customer service" wouldnt stop talking long enough to even listen to my complaint.
