They are nice and professional and they really do want to help you and I'm very satisfied with my services there my dog had an allergy she had had it for two summers now and couldn't get it figured out until I win there at Tri-State animal clinic and she has an itch any since a day or two after I was there

We took our puppy Mr.Leo here because he was sick. He ended up testing positive for parvovirus. He didn’t have the money to hospitalize him so the vet told us everything to do at home. Told him how money we had and he worked with us.Next day had some questions he answer our questions and told us other thing to do to. He wasn’t quick to get off the phone he took his time to answer all our questions.

I’ve brought both of my dogs to this location for emergency services, mainly bc it was closest location to my home. The staff here are all very nice and my pets were well taken care of. I lost a pet during his stay here one time but i was aware that there was a small chance of survival and they called to follow up and sent a letter and card and were very thoughtful. My two dogs who have recently received emergency care here came home in better condition than when they arrived and the clinic called to follow up and check on our dogs each time and asked if we had any questions. The only thing I didn’t like was when we arrived this last time my dog had been shot by an arrow and was in extreme pain when we tried to move her and i felt like it took too long for someone to come out and assist in getting her in for care. The girl stood there holding the door open rather than bringing a cart for her so we had to request one but they were very nice and luckily my dog survived being shot by an arrow ! The only other negative thing I can think of are the prices it’s cost us $1000 each time we’ve had an emergency and had to bring our pets in, and we’ve never been offered a payment plan. Not very many people have to unexpected money like that to spend on their animals. I understand that emergency vet care isn’t cheap I just wish they had some kind of payment option. No other complaints though, great staff, happy pets and they always follow up with me when I bring my pet home.

We paid 40 dollars for our 2 dogs. 1 large and one medium, if that helps you at all.
No, I believe they accept credit cards, cash and checks.
I don't know. I suggest contacting the animal clinic. I don't work there
