Before, there was better attention, it was a place where they made an effort to solve some paperwork, but now there is only preference for those known to the employees, there are very few who make an effort to help people, I went at least in three sentences and there is always a problem sending documents, it's sad that they tell you to come back in a day or two, and when you go, they forgot to send the documents, in this case to children & family. They should train the staff more, more professionals.

Are you doing taxes for 2021 for low income people and can I come on Monday April 4th at 5 PM?
No Maura, you have to go from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, but you can also get to the front where is San Juan house, which is part of the Hispanic Center and work until 9pm
If it is difficult to communicate by phone .... I opted to go and learn about the help they offer. Kind and professional employees ... answer questions well
