Can a non member pay for personal coaching for a particular time frame ? If so, what is the fee? And also,if not, what is the cost for a non member, let's say a visitor from another country to train for a 2 week period with personal coaching?

The general answer is yes. Coaching fees vary by coach's experience taking into account the student's level of play.
