Unfortunately, a very bad job with a ring, which was bought and had to be exchanged, when it was picked up, it was a total disaster, some stains that were not removed from the diamond, after a month of waiting, it had to be returned because it is not fair. It costs you time and bad work. You have to make things clear so that the same thing does not happen to anyone. And you can contact me I will give you firm answers for this!

The staff was amazing! They helped me find exactly the gift that I was looking for! Unfortunately I am only giving 3 stars because the air conditioning was broken. It was horribly hot inside the store!! When I asked if it had just broken, I was told it had been this way for quite some time. I was shocked! No store should have such poor on-going conditions for their employees or patrons!! Shame on Kay Jewelers for not making sure this issue was corrected immediately! Apparently they are not concerned with the well-being of their employees or customers! :-(

The customer service at the Falls location was great. However, this is surprising considering the fact that they don’t have air conditioning. I dropped my ring off to be re sized on November 6 (no air conditioning), and picked it up today, November 17 (still no air conditioning). I was uncomfortable in there for 2 minutes, how are the employees supposed to work in those conditions? Very disappointing to see. Great service!

Best customer service ever! Can't speak more highly about the two gentlemen running this store. They were incredibly helpful in adding my items to the system (because that's how old some of my pieces are), they inspected and cleaned everything, and my engagement band, which the diamond had fallen off, was repaired to perfection. When I came back to pick up, they even remembered me by name. Exceptional customer service. Thank you! Highly recommend this location.
