Went through the car wash came out with a cracked windshield and two spots along with my passenger side mirror being knocked off. Went to talk to somebody who then accused me of having issues with my car before going into the car wash despite finding the cap to my mirror inside of the car wash. Asked to speak to a manager who provided no real information and then their regional who said that they called despite never actually reaching out. Never received a refund despite the damage to my car nor any willingness to cover damages. Almost impossible to get a hold of anybody. Would not use again especially with so many other good options about 2 miles down the road.

Bought the monthly pass. Great deal! You can use any of the Rio sites around town. If you avoid Saturdays, you can usually get your car done in under 10 minutes - and it will look good. The vacuum stations work well and there are enough to avoid long wait times. Has changed ownership since first review but have not noticed any changes to the operation. Still a good deal and a quick wash.

My truck was damaged by this car wash in Winchester VA . Furthermore the management has refused to correct/remedy the scratches that are on my 2 year old vehicle. No one from corporate or their office will return our call. The absolute worst customer service. Consumer BEWARE!

The car wash was really great now it won't dry ur car nor get it fully clean. It's supposed to be under new ownership and new equipment coming soon. The prices are increasing so the equipment better with it.
