Ordered a pizza at 9:45 pm and they close at 11. Plenty of time to make ONE pizza and my wife and I never got it. Horrible location. Terrible customer service I always have issues with this location. Avoid this Pizza Hut by any means necessary.

I placed an online order waited over the perferred timeframe to be told upon arrival they weren't going to make my order for no reason not that they were out of stuff. They just didn't feel like making it. We have to do better this is pitiful.

We were staying at Hampton Inn - South and there is nothing around for food, we drove to Hopkins Road, first stop at dominos and they would not take our order, so we finally found this Pizza Hut, I ordered our pizza at 8:11 and Jasmine told me 15 minutes. I went back in 15 minutes and it was hot and ready. I asked if she had any plates and she said that their truck doesn’t deliver them anymore, but she said wait a minute and she gave me plates from their break room- now that’s going the extra mile to make your customers keep ordering Pizza Hut. Thank you Jasmine! PS - the pizza was so good!

Received this and half uncooked pizza after hour an 20 mins wait time. When I call to make the complaint they put me on hold for 30 mins. Don’t expect good service in weekend I guess.
