Wow! Forgot the dipping sauces, seems to be a common thing. Sub looks like the box was shaken then sat for 30 minutes… I say 30 minutes because it was barely warm. Cheese had begun to harden & lock everything in place. Had to reheat just to reposition all the sub fillings Quality check went for 20 minutes then randomly said that the order was out for delivery 5 minutes prior to the actual time. Sent the delivery driver right past my neighborhood to drop off another order 10 minutes past me, then came back to drop off my order (not very logical) Took over an hour from start to finish to get everything- store had to send another driver with the dipping cups forgotten on the 1st go around. By that point everything had to be reheated, very disappointed

I place an order for delivery and right when it's time to be delivered I get a call from Stephanie they don't have delivery drivers available but I could come pick it up or they could refund me! Didn't you know that when the order was placed 30 min ago? If I had wanted carryout I would have done it from the start. This was a major inconvenience, hello, it's dinner time!! They will never get another order from me!!
