Hidden in plain site. Home cooking like it should be. This couple has been at it for over ten years and have made a community name for themselves. The husband is Chef and is well versed in the art of th Q. He is using a southern pride custom built smoker and he knows to use it. The pulled pork is quite good but the brisket is exceptional. I had the lime bean soup with smoked ham and was transported back to my mother's kitchen and that smell of it percolating on the stove as it slowly thickened. I need more time there to burn through the menu but me and mom are becoming regular as best we can. One dish that is gone when it's gone is their catfish. The breading is a balanced blend of cornmeal and flour with simple but perfect seasoning. But it the cook that makes it. It is served piping hot, crisp and delectable. Home made tangy tar tar finish this fish mightily.The sides are all just like home and yummy, the Kale is slightly sweet and the slaw and potato salad are classic style. It one long Cafe style establishment. Mom and Pop atmosphere and banter between the owners and customers. Really nice people putting up great food at an honest price. Looking for a slice of Deale hospitality and good eatin, then go get ya sum 🐷🐓🐟

This place is great. Exactly what you would want/expect from a good mom and pop restaurant. The prices are very fair and the ice cream at the end of my meal was delightful. This is definitely going to be a regular stop for us.
