First visit and blown away! We had the amazing Herb, and he was the best server/waiter we've had in a while. He has the best laugh, joked with us and our kids, and made us feel very comfortable. Because of him alone we will definitely be back. The food was great as well and the kids loved it, and we have picky eaters, so that says a lot! Absolutely loved it 10/10 ❤️

Poor service, terrible food I sent the steak back twice. How do you screw up a steak twice. The wait staff argued with me on how I want my steak so I asked for a cheeseburger it was dry and hard. I talked to manager he didn't even care. He avoided contact as much as possible. Where the hell is the owner? District manager? This is why Applebee's went under. Will never spend one dime here again. Lost customer

Came at a busy time with 5 adults and 2 kids. Had to wait for a table. Our server was so excellent. I forgot his name, but he is a tall, older African American. He was so jovial and good at his job. Food was very delicious. Thank you to our waiter, and thank you o'charleys.

I love this place! Delicious food and good service always!! It sometimes takes a while for the food to come out or to get service due to the short staffing issues that most places are having due to COVID-19 but they some how make it work out anyways. Thank you for the wonderful service and the best catfish lol I really love the catfish here it's not overly battered like some places do. It's seasoned perfectly as well! Bur we come here a lot as a family and never have issues getting seated so that's a plus as well.
