On Jan 29th I ordered a sofa bed, a credenza, a glass game table with four bucket chairs. I have yet to receive anything. I was told that it would take six months. It is now almost 9 months and I have received nothing. in July they called me to tell me the sofa bed had arrived only a month late. Only to call me the next day and tell me that one of the feet on the sofa bed was damaged. they promised me that the foot would be repaired or replaced within a week. So far nothing. I was called this week to tell me that the glass table and four bucket chairs and the credenza would be delivered this week. The next day they called me to tell me that the three out of the four bucket chairs had broken casters. I will never ever ever ever buy anything from Sklar again. Beware do not believe anything they tell you.

Bianca welcomed us even though it was 10 minutes to closing. She went out of her way to show us all of the possible chairs that would fit our home. She was patient shared all of the samples with us to take home to make the process of matching our furniture much easier. She also took her time to avail us of a sale that was coming up and was kind enough to have us place the order at that time. She also called the owner/designer of the manufacturing company to find out what fabrics were on their way and what was available. We were able to get exactly what we want and have it delivered in a very short period of time. Bianca did an incredible job and is an asset to the store location.
