Minet offers the best option in the area. The advantages of fiber over Coax are huge. I have always emailed in for help. I have found their support staff to be very quick, helpful, and polite. Their prices are fair for the service they provide. If you live within their coverage area, this is the service you should select. The comments I see being left about connection issues are likely due to customer hardware. I am an IT professional and also ran into issues with my wireless router before upgrading the unit. The ONLY negative thing I have to share is in regards to their installation crew, it was 6 years ago but they were very sloppy with the installation which was disappointing. If you are or know a handyman then I would suggest having them install the services but not running the ethernet to any room in your house.

Good customer service, fastish internet, pricing, ehhhh. Only reason for my 2 star review is they left an underground utility open and my 2 year old nearly fell in. So in that aspect, attention to detail is a 0 star. Hopefully they have a change in policy from here on out, where they send 2 guys out whenever they’re opening up any underground utilities on someone’s property. I mean, I think we pay enough for them to be able to do that. Not to mention, part of our water bill we pay every month goes to them lol.

I was having a rough time downloading and figuring out ezvideo and their office staff were amazing when I called for help! They did everything to help me out over the phone but in the end I just took it to the office to get help in person and they made it so simple to the point all I had to do is simply go home and plug in my firestick to start watching tv! Thank you MINET! Wish where we are moving to had you there!

About a week or two ago we had service issues here on the Dutch Bros side of 99 and looked at their website and seen that they are going to be doing equipment upgrades in the areas. Might be related but who knows. 👌😎

A contracting crew has dug up our fiber in Monmouth which has taken down services in the NW and NE corners of town. At this time, our technicians are working to restore the services as quickly as possible. UPDATE - Multiple crews are working to splice fibers together to restore services. They will continue to work throughout the night to get services active. ETAs will vary depending on location. An update will be posted in the morning.
