My hope with my review is to share my experience and hopefully help someone from a headache. As a new business I try to save money as much as possible but in this case I believe I made a huge mistake. Don't think PK cares to retain clients. I met Pricilla who helped do my order. She seemed very laid back even when I asked her several times if the measurements she inputed where correct. She assured me yes but turns out they were not. When I tried to see my order that I had given a deposit for I could not since she no longer worked there. Alexander further assisted me by letting me know the store policy NO RETURNS. I was missing my farm sink cabinet and had a chip on a door also I got a 15in cabinet instead of a 12 (which I had specifically asked for). Since the person who helped me no longer worked there I had nothing to fall back on and Alexander based himself on the receipt. 3 mistakes NO exceptions or apologies just got a "come over we will sell you new ones". With that being said the price is great the quality not so much. Customer service was a 0 to me since I got 0 help. Hope this helps someone make a more educated decision. My intent is not to talk bad about any company or anyone but I do feel obligated to assist the community of small business trying to make a living. Hope you find this helpful. Thank you for reading.

I read some bad customer service reviews. My experience was good. I have done kitchens before so I am a bit experienced. I came with the measurements and knew what cabinets I wanted. Vicky was tentative and even offered some alterior optioms that were good. They assembled the cabinets for a reasonable fee and I was able to pick it up 3 days later.

Stay away from this company they use contractors that do not pull permits , even though they'll charge you for the permits and any kind of a fee that is for acquiring a permit the contractors will not pull them and you won't find this out in our case until we went to sell our home and there was still an open permit from 9 years ago,
