I've been living here since 2016 at first the first building manager, crew, maintenance was very good. The only issues I used to have when it rain water was way up by the main gate can't even get in your car. But lately for the past two years everything changed the new managers and maintenance are so rude and acting like they don't want to help or really don't know what they're doing. I love here I wanna stay here for a long time but the management team are so rude and unprofessional. I working 2 jobs to take care of my family and pay my rent on time never had an issues I have 3 young kids and a wife including a 1 year old. Every since Tuesday January 25th 2022 the power went out an half of the unit we called and I myself talked to maintenance they came but the issues never results the ac not working no stove and its to cold inside the apartment my kid's are complaining and hungry because the stove not working therefore no cooking I understand they tried to fix it but nothing changes. The people from the office need to have better communication skills and responded to emails and phone calls at least acting like and show us the tenants you guy's care it has been over 3 day's still having the same issues no power, the lights kept blanking on and off no heater no ac no stove this is a disgrace we work to hard to pay our rent especially they raise our rent 500 dollars up after 6 years living there something must be done asap I have 3 young kid's what I suppose to do as a father my kid's complaining to me no power electrical problem issues are very dangerous big problems anything can happen any moments I use to give this place a 5 stars now 0 management's and maintenance team need to be more professional know how to talk to people care about us tenants and keep they promises. EMERGENCY DO OCCUR FIX OUR PROBLEMS WHEN THEY OCCUR.

The worst place to live current resident the went up 6 hundred on the rent but has no matience you have wait till they get around tops you have to wait 2 months for any request not to mention you never see the same faces in the office .. and it takes nothing for them to add a secret fee to your account when you go in to get it addressed they put a bandaid and you have to re explain issue again if I could put 0 stars Do not move here it’s the Worst

How do you run an apartment complex with no maintenance staff? How? How is canceling a work order that has been open for weeks ok? How are water LEAKS not an important issue to fix? How is this ok? Since I can't get answers in person or through work orders,maybe this review will. I'm looking forward to ending my lease. For those looking for a place to live, some of the bad reviews are very accurate pest control,broken appliances etc. Look elsewhere.

More than lot of units. More than 100 units. It is located on a large property
When I stayed there the renewal rate in 2018 was 1338 to 1500 plus you have to pay water sewer trash and pest control which was about an extra 75 monthly. The parking was not good. The neighbors was good. Maintenance sucks
