Property Manager there at this moment is very rude and unprofessional. Classless, no wonder people there always cursing you out.

I called inquiring about renting an apartment at 11am. Lisa, a staff member, answered the phone very rudely with no reason. I’m not sure if she was having an issue prior to answering the office phone however, She wasn’t pleasant in explaining much and rather to go back and forth with me about the Aspen name change. It made me very uncomfortable to speak to her. I’d appreciate if staff would atleast be considerate and more pleasant with first time calling consumers. It puts a negative connotation on the apartment complex and management all together. FIRST IMPRESSION GOES A LONGGGG WAY

We have to have respect.for each.other and if we.are.residence and paying our rent their is no reason for peoples car to be towed and then get attitude from management saying i was rude to staff.i asked a.question.and i was polite with it i did not get mad. And that lady was not truthful so in my opinion tenants have no rights in this. complex.our rights are being trampled on. But god dont like ugly
