Building filled with mold and roaches everytime it rains water goes under the floor and create a mold problem it gotten so bad i had to move it kept getting my kids sick on top of that management send maintenance man to do the job several times which it never got the problem fix at this building you cant have guess because it no parking and the always saying the parking passes not available they pick and choose who get them you can never have privacy because when you want to hane company you have to ask for a pass like you a child also it plenty parking downstair but it only for management it almost 50 units in the building it only 4 guess parking spaces they will tell you park across the street so your car can get broken into also
