The employees were very polite and helpful. They took the time to help me find what I needed plus applying discounts for my purchase. I would definitely recommend this store. I went in to purchase sewing supplies; but because they're also a craft store, I found some beautiful boxes/baskets.

I had a relatively good experience here. I am not qualified to evaluate them vs their other stores or vs the competition. I am very sad about another recent review. The customer had one issue with one employee and she just said the store was just one star. Why do people need to do this?

Staff have always been friendly and there's good deals on patterns pretty often. I usually go to smaller local stores for quality fabrics, but there's some good finds here and you can get really cheap fabric with sales.
