5 star review, I went into Pantai Granite and from the moment I walked in I got a huge welcoming. From someone who had little to no knowledge of counter tops I feel as I left Pantai an expert with all the guidance and knowledge they give you. I was able to design the kitchen of my dreams with the help of the wonder staff and their patience. Thank you to everyone at Pantai for having the patience to put up with me and my 1 million questions. I highly recommend Pantai to anyone and everyone looking to design a kitchen, not only because they have the most beautiful and largest inventory’s but also because of their customer service and professionalism.

Warning! They don't disclose if slab has any defects, by the time you get it to your place and remove the protective film it's too late to make any claims. Olga was rude but I didn't take it personal, then I realized she's not just rude but a bad person, said only one slab left on the color I wanted was on sale because of being the last one. When fabricator removed the plastic it was full of scratches, chips and discolorations. She didn't even denied it when I called her!! She was like 'you saw the slab at the store' . Like you can inspect anything with plastic on. Wouldn't take responsibility in any way. My money to the garbage. I'm so upset. Stay away from these crooks.
