The best gym in south beach is free and everything u need to have a good work out at the beach. The best place to train on the beach and it's free it's also a very cool community :)

Questions & Answers

Is it permitted to bring your own equipment here. I have a pair of mini farmers walk handles and a drag sled. I realize personal items can't be stored in the storage container, but is bringing some of your own gear frowned upon?

Absolutely bring your own gear Gloves etc.. .The drag sled is a bit much if its foldable then its cool Carrying it around is a hassle
