Deliberately incompetent customer service. Bought a $200 gift card that had a 0 balance because someone had already used it and put it back. This company aims to waste your time until you give up. Visa should not associate with them. They tell you to email certain details, and when you do, they claim they never received the pictures. Then they give you a totally different address, you email to that one, then once again they say they never received the email and the case is closed.

I ordered a carter's e-gift card from and these guys processed it. It did not work and I called them to request cancellation. They just transferred my call several times but did not help me out nor did they provide a solution.

I bought a $200 gift card from Lowes and tried to use it at multiple merchants but no one will accept it. Visa won't honor it and neither will Lowes. I've lost $200!!!!

This place is a scam. They sell businesses rewards cards that expire within 30 days so when employees get a "rewards card" they're about to expire. As soon as it expires they "cannot give a replacement due to the contract". This is nothing but legal jargon for being a theif and stealing from hard working people. Absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to stay away from this place. What would make this review even better is if they reply with some more legal jargon explaining why stealing the money is okay.
