Good for returns. Very fast. But I don’t really get the concept. I thought it would be like Barnes and nobles but it’s smaller due to half of the store being electronics. Kinda awkward vibe, hard to explain. No sale difference between online or in store. No seats so I think you’re supposed to spend like 3 minutes and leave.

IT's a pretty cool place. But they seem to sell a lot of frivolous stuff that people don't need or want. Jeff would do better by turning the place into a high quality espresso shop and bakery where you can also pick up your Amazon packages. The parking lot is horrific and cramped.

This Amazon book store is a very nice and clean and organized book store it’s also small not a big selection of a lot of books I think it’s mostly Amazon products and current popular books not many choices of variety of books right now …

To do a return at this location, you need to select "Amazon Drop Off" - not "Amazon Store Drop Off." The reason for this is that the returns in this location is processed by the Amazon Lockers (an Amazon Drop Off) and not the Amazon Books Store team.
Not sure. They only sell items with 4 stars and above.
Never had a problem
Mask or no entry
The Amazon store in Century City does because of Mall hours changed

Yes
You'll have to call customer service. More than likely, they will cancel the order and resubmit and mail it to an address you provide. Also, it depends on product/vendor availability. The customer service rep will discuss options with you.
I know this might sound pretty obvious but give Amazon a call, they are customer-friendly on the phone. I've spoke to them in the past, you can get their phone number via their website they will call you back immediately. 🙂🙂🙂
It can take up to 3 days to fully process, but usually an email notification happens same day.
Call and ask? This feature is for user reviews, not for questions that are monitored by the employees. But you can also order your book on amazon.com and have it delivered to this location.
It'll be in your pickup notification email. Typically 3 days.
When setting up an item return on the website (not the app), Amazon usually lists 'Amazon store' or whatever it is called, and when I select that option I have to put in my zip code or something like that and the Marina Del Rey option shows up as one of the available locations, which I then select.
You have to call the store to find out if an item is in store, now.
