Great customer service. I ordered a lemon cake being a friend's favorite flavor. Wasn't sure how much I would like it. OMG, IT WAS A HIT!! So delicious the cake was moist, fluffy and the frosting was good. I've become a fan of lemon cake.

SusieCakes had the most well made and Delicious Carrot Cake I've ever had. Their staff went above and beyond and when my Mother came in to compliment their Cake she was even given a a piece of Carrot Cake on the house as a completely unexpected gift.

Amazing bakery + cake shop! Tonisha is an angel and saved us with a last-minute order and we’re forever grateful! Would definitely recommend this shop for both the delicious sweets as well the customer service!

We do health screenings daily for all of our team members including temperature checks, and we sanitize all shared surfaces at least every hour. We are working with much smaller teams in the bakeries, and are keeping our front and back of house teams separate to limit exposure. We have also limited our bakeries to one guest allowed in at a time, and have a table set up at the front so you do not need to come all the way in to the bakery. Our guests service teams working with the guests wear both masks and face shields and are constantly washing their hands.
We do not make Tiramisu, though you are welcome to order a custom cake and fill it with our Mocha flavored Buttercream.
