Where's the zero stars??? I paid for PO Box online because I live in Marina del Rey and wanted a PO Box closer than Santa Monica ----OMGGGG I planned my entire Saturday around going there in person during their open hours 10-3 to hand in my paperwork to get my key --- First, you walk in --- There's a long line and ONLY one person assisting people..then the lady says to everybody --- "we don't have stamps", "we don't have money orders"-- I thought "cool, I'm safe - it's a PO box - already paid for - they just need to give me a key -- Right??? My turn - The lady behind the counter says that she is from a different post office and doesn't know how they process the po boxes at this location - and no one else in back did either ---- SAVE YOURSELF a Saturday and some stress - DONT go here - It's almost unbelievable how bad it is - Think of every comedy episode about the worst service and they probably filmed it here... They are only open 10-5 during the week - SO if you work and Saturday is your only option ---- RUN!!!

Closed all the time when you’re off work and can actually go. No drop box for outgoing mail accessible on the outside of the building for after hours. Why??!

Walked in on 11/30/2021@ 10:33 am. One of the postal employees by the name of Ray assisted me with sending Priority Mail large envelopes and purchasing postage stamps. He was very professional and patient in explaining how to use the machine. He saved me lots of time because I was waiting in line with four people in front of me. This branch has definitely improved their customer service. I’m a fan!
