Place has really gone downhill plus they raised their prices. Half of their washers are out of order. I love Santa Monica. If I know I’m coming to Santa Monica, I used to bring laundry with me and do it here. Tonight will be my last visit.

Always have machines available and room to spread out to get laundry done. They have a good range of machine sizes including 4 load and 6 load machines. Adequate and easy parking too!

it was on the decline over the last couple of years, but this year has progressively gotten worst. the level of dirt is at an all time high, as are the amount of BROKEN MACHINES. no care or cleanliness is given shown, and now a rate increase. i am hear 10/17/21, and there are at lease 6 washing machines our of service. unbelievable…..sad. dear owners, thanks for not caring.
