I called this pharmacy for my pills, Never did they pick up. I called 5 times and nothing. A woman picked up just to go "hummmmm" and hang up. I called the pharmacy to see, if i could pick up my medication for covid. The guy said to comeback on Monday bc it will be ready by then. I go in today (monday) he gave me a nasty answer of, he told me, I had to call 1st. He never said that, but I always do before going to the pharmacy. I called 5 times and no answer. This store needs to do better.

Duane Reade of Hewlett New York is a fantastic store! The products are always updated and it is a pleasure to walk through this very clean store! Admist the pandemic it seems the management has neglected to clean thier Store Sidewalk that is littered with discarded gloves and masks , I have brought to the Attention of the Store Manager for the past 3 weeks but nothing has neen done
