Wonderful to have this toy store nearby. It has a variety of toys for all ages and the staff are really helpful and friendly. They also offer wrapping service with their signature logo on the gift wrap. I was looking for specific toys for my niece and they had it. Their prices are standard market prices. I would definitely recommend this place since toy stores are so few now that big competitors are gone!

Everyone who works at Mattys in Hewlett is great!! They are very welcoming and courteous. They are also extremely willing to help you in selecting the merchandise you are looking for. Management is excellent! I highly recommend this store. It is a pleasure to shop there !

They have a wonderful selection, but the service is lacking. Every time I go in there, no one asks if I need help. And I do. Their process are high, and my first choice would be to order online from somewhere else. So if I'm in the store, it's because I actually need to buy something today. A little customer service is necessary.

Thank goodness there are still some brick and mortar toy stores! This place had everything i needed in the board game sector and a ton of great toys for all ages. Hours were good, staff super friendly never annoying. Highly recommend this place. Good to browse if you don't know exactly what you need, too. Lots of ideas.
