Meh. It is really about lots of plastic things (of course some paper products, too) that are not really aimed at anyone but kids. Mostly. This particular store has aisles unstocked. I bought NOTHING.

Okay, I'm gonna say, maybe, if you ask one of the staff associates about inserting dollar bills in balloons prior to get them inflated and you have them ready to go, they are party planners and suppliers, so my guess is yes! Let us know.
