Very nice gentlemen who picked me up to and from my flights. Very courteous and assisting. The gate attendant on 6/23/22 (very early morning) was very nice & patient too. (Individual in vehicle ahead of me took quite. But if time- prob. misplaced his ticket.) She was very nice:)

I have used this lot for years. Best price, best people, best service. On May 29 at 4 am I left my car and grabbed the convenient Budget shuttle to the Eugene Eppley Airport ( Omaha). When I went to check in for my flight, I realized I had left my cell phone on top of my car. My wife called Budget, described the problem and gave them a description of the car. She asked that they snag the phone, if possible. I called them later that day from our destination and they said they had the phone. I gave them my name and they attached a note to the phone in Lost and Found. When we returned to Omaha last night and asked the cashier, she had the phone... In fact, I wrote this review on that phone. Thanks Budget for watching out for this forgetful old guy!
