Hi Patrick Woburn Wellness provides services to adults 18 and over. A person that has a Substance Use disorder is eligible for services. Woburn Wellness can provide transportation for people living in the area, in many cases, the individuals arrive there independently(drive themselves or by family). Hope this is helpful. Jack
