Pictured here is my Grilled Chicken Sandwich with lettuce, tomato, honey mustard, and extra onion. As an added bonus it had the texture of a tire. They say it's often the little things that can really ruin your day. Like genuinely looking forward to a nice chicken sandwich only to arrive home and find this inedible disc of depression. Well done guys.

I realized they messed up my order so I tried to go back into the store and they ignorantly locked the door. It was around 2:50-2:55pm so I’m pretty sure they aren’t supposed to close the dinning area. I will definitely be reporting to corporate because that was very unprofessional. Also they seemed very annoyed to even have any customers there was only 2 orders on the screen and they seemed like they were running around as if they had a whole list of orders. The lady with the glasses was very rude and needs to learn some manners and not rudely grab a customers order for them (Uber eats) and basically squish their food. This location definitely needs better training. Coming from being a fast food manager this was ridiculous.

I'd just like to like to share my experience at Wendy's today. The gentleman at the window couldn't be nicer. he had me pull over while they attended to other customers in the drive-thru line. His name is Joseph. He was courteous and you could just tell he enjoys his job. Top-notch employee.
