I would have to give them a favorable review this time considering the last time I was here a person was killed just two doors down from me and management didn't do anything to see if the other guess was effected by what happened it's an okay motel for the most part but considering that the guy was stabbed to death just 2 doors down I wouldn't say it's the safest place to stay so watch your back if you choose to stay here!

This is a 55 + community. It is no longer a motel it has efficiencies in one bedroom apartments. Everything is been remodeled so all new floors n appliances. There is a pool an on-site laundry. I just moved in and I would give it five stars however we got to see how long it's going to take them to fix my plumbing and electrical outlets that don't work.

Dixie IS less expensive than any other in Brevard that offers what they do. Aladdin is $380.00 a wk and only have 1 bed in rm for only 2 ppl. No pool and they watch the comings and goings if u have a visitor they will be told to leave within an hr. And they DON'T give you your $100.00 deposit back.

Yes there's WiFi and while they do have efficiencies they cater to the snow birds when they come down. So if you are in one and they need it for a longtime snow bird you'd be asked to move into a 2bed rm. Rent for a rm with 2 beds is $364.00 wkly. Hope that helped
