Waneta Ellis was amazing to work with she was extremely well organized during the mediation process and every aspect of my case. Ex wife was trying to get post separation support and alimony. I am not paying her a dime thanks to Waneta Ellis and her team of professionals. Very easy to work with and she talks to where the average person can understand. Very down to earth. But when it's time the Attorney comes out. I would recommend her 100 %.

It sounds like you have multiple issues there - potentially paternity, legitimation, custody (and maybe child support). Most law firms (including us) are going to take a retainer of at least $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 and bill from that for court cases (litigation). The fee could be under that retainer, if everyone agrees and things happen quickly at court, or over that amount if there is high conflict, difficult legal issues, or things get delayed in court. I hope that helps answer your question.

It depends on what you require to be honest. If you are in litigation, the costs go up dramatically with the work necessary for a court matter. If you are negotiating with your spouse or the other parent, depending on the case, then it could be a lot less than in court. We also offer scrivener work - or where you pay for us to draft the documents or pleadings that you need to move forward.
