Glad to have this public boat ramp nearby. One ramp onto the Intracoastal Waterway. Must get there early on nice weather days, especially weekends, or prepare to wait. Limited trailer parking. Instant kayak access.

This is a public boat launch ramp. If you were to charter something, they could pick you up there certainly, but there's no scheduled service.

Yes, right near the middle of the parking lot.
You could fish off the dock but I wouldn't recommend fishing off land here.
You can drop a boat from dawn to dusk.
Sometimes crossing the channel can be tricking with tide changes and negotiting boat traffic fair experience and being a strong paddler
