Scheduled a COVID test and drove 45 minutes to get to it. No one was there when I arrived. Left after a half an hour. No one inside was helpful.

I get there, check in at the kiosk, then wait in my car as instructed. They call me to let me know they're ready. I get up there and no one is there. I wait 15 minutes only to be told I didn't arrive soon enough and they moved on to the next person. It takes no more than 3 minutes to go from the lot to the clinic and they gave it away like that. Then they didn't have any more dates available for days so I had to go elsewhere. Plus one of their rooms was closed so only one person was on staff in the middle of the afternoon.

When I arrived there was no one there, out to lunch. I filled out the extensive digital paperwork, credit card, everything possible. Didn’t receive a text or a proper follow up one would expect from all the details filled out. I left and went to Walgreens for a perfect flu shot with a real person, normal paper work and no lines
