We had an issue with my wife’s new Apple Watch not receiving cellular calls Hamzah (sp?) patiently works through the issue with Verizon technical support on the phone . It took nearly 75 minutes and during this time wandered the floor to help other customers when Verizon put us on extensive periods of hold. He was professional and very polite. Awesome experience!
