Yes they will!
Yes they pick up the larger things such as sofas, chairs, tables etc. But knick knack, books, dishes, bed clothing sit cases, etc. had to be brought to the store
Cal the habitat for humanity they will tell you where to drop it off

Currently, they are requiring masks to be worn inside and there is a plexiglass barrier at the checkout. In addition, they are asking folks to keep their distance from other shoppers. They are taking donations again. The store has been cleaned and reorganized.
I'm not sure but I think the state of North Carolina has a thing about mattresses and box springs because of the bedbug so I would call them

Sometimes Habitat does have AC units. Just accordion to donations made. Pawn shops and some on line bargain places may have them. Give these a try.
