Seemed a bit expensive but pretty typical for the location/neighborhood. Food and service was pretty good - the butter paneer and naan were our favorites. We had a waiter in training and he needed some help, but that’s to be expected as well. The drinks were really nice and they had a lot of fun options. We went later on a Tuesday night, so it wasn’t too busy.

Came on a Saturday night and experienced incredible service for a meal bursting with flavor. We sat at the bar and Jake took excellent care of us, as well as all of the staff. Favorite dish was the “Kale Bleh Chaat” and favorite drink was the “LSD”. Please stop at this eclectic Indian fusion spot, you won’t regret it!

We've dined at Vermilion and had exceptional service by both Jose and Jake. They were responsive, thoughtful and welcoming. The food was superb. Even when you order in for delivery it is a pleasant experience thanks to Jose who makes sure nothing goes wrong. The only recommendation i would suggest and this is not at all about the food or service, but more about the decor - it's just too stark and empty looking. I would suggest creating a cozier ambience. The decor does not match the warmth of the service or the food. Other than that again, excellent food and service. The crab and ribs and kale bhel are divine and innovative. No diluting the spice levels here. Just deliciousness!

I can’t believe I spent close to $200 just to have a horrible experience. I was genuinely excited to try this valentines concept that the restaurant had made. The food was great although that quickly changed when we received our ribs and found hairs in it and all the waiter could say was “oh i’m sorry about that”. I overheard the couple next to us complain that they had found a hair in their food as well. Myself as well as other couples had to keep asking the waiters where our food was and even after asking them, it still took them a long time to bring out the next dish. We stayed well over an hour after the original closing time. I hate to be that person that complains but can you really blame me?
