Whomever answered the phone, after hanging up multiple times and using loud noises (old dial up internet noises) to get me to stop calling- was extremely rude and unpleasant. 8/12/22 at 430pm. I will never use this location. Clearly not trying to do business. As I read the other reviews. This seems to be a theme.

Great, friendly staff. They are very safe and conscientious about Covid safety. Because of staff shortage, I am fortunate enough to be able to get there when they open, so I don’t have to wait or make an appointment. If I have to wait, Vons is right next door to get a snack or coffee.

AJ is amazing he did a wonderful job with my hair I cannot wait to tell all my friends to come see him I highly recommend him! and he's very personable great customer service skills knows what he's doing and he gives you his honest opinion and that's what made me feel comfortable and trusting in Him with my hair.

With time, all red hair will turn grey on its own! J/K.... Ask Marcella (at this location).. She knows her color (and hair color)
You'd be better off calling in to have your name added to the list (or to select a particular stylist) which will reduce your wait time.
